GUARANTEE

We guarantee this puppy to be of a full blooded Boxer or Shi-tzu, able to be registered with AKC, of whom we are in good standing. Upon execution of a contract, the seller does hereby convey title and interest of the described puppy to the buyer. This puppy is pet quality, we offer no guarantee that this puppy could or could not have faults which could make it unsuitable for showing or breeding. It is the buyers responsibility to take this puppy to their licensed vet within 48 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If the puppy is found to have life-threatening congenital defects or health problems at this exam, a replacement puppy or purchase price refund will be given, the choice of the breeder. This provided that the buyer contact the breeder within 24 hours of this exam, and the puppy is promptly returned to the breeder with a signed statement from the vet stating the defect or problem. All documents given at the time of purchase must be returned with the puppy. The breeder will send another puppy or refund upon verification of the problem from a licensed vet. The breeder will not be responsible for illness or health problems which are diagnosed after this 48 hour period. We will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona viruses, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder. Under no circumstances will the breeder be responsible for any vet bills incurred. All replacement puppies will be replaced with the first available puppy of equal quality and same sex.

If shipment is to be by airline, the breeder will arrange the shipping. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping expenses incurred. The breeder will deliver the puppy to the airline in a suitable crate with food and water. The buyer should purchase insurance for protection against injury or death by fault of the airline. We are not responsible for the puppy after it leaves our care. Any legal action must take place in Angelina County, TX.

This contract is valid for the original purchaser only, upon transfer of this dog to another person this contract becomes null and void. In any event, the buyer is responsible for the cost of transporting the dog back to the breeder.
